Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road. Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years. Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives.
